Quando si arriva a questi estremi vuol dire che il cittadino sa di non poter più “dialogare” con il burocrate di riferimento e perde ogni speranza.
Non può continuare così.
Non possiamo suicidarci tutti per paura di una persona, o più persone che si nascondono dietro una “carica”.
